  Neil has over 34 years of experience working in some of Bristol’s top Hotels before moving down to Devon 25 years ago to be closer to the food he loves to cook the most. After working in some of the most respected kitchens and with the most talented chefs Neil has created a gem of a restaurant in the beautiful seaside town of Sidmouth. Neil’s love of fish and experience in selecting the best produce, combined with the deep knowledge of local suppliers that comes after years of working in Beer and Sidmouth means that you get excellent food at excellent value.

  The food we serve is from the local area whenever possible. Bringing the best flavours and the most enjoyment to a meal starts with the raw ingredients. Knowing the suppliers for the food, the local fishermen and seeing how they work and their own high standards means that all the ingredients that we use come from the best local suppliers. As the ingredients go through their seasons so our menu changes, in fact we change the menu each day to take advantage of the day’s market.
