The food we serve is from the local area whenever possible. Bringing the best flavours and the most enjoyment to a meal starts with the raw ingredients. Knowing the suppliers for the food, the local fishermen and seeing how they work and their own high standards means that all the ingredients that we use come from the best local suppliers. As the ingredients go through their seasons so our menu changes, in fact we update the menu each day to take advantage of the day’s market.
