Booking / Cancellation Policy /T's & C's

When booking we will take a Credit or Debit card number to confirm the reservation, but no money will be charged to your card.

We will only make a charge if you fail to turn up without notice or if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your table reservation and we can't re-let the table.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if numbers booked are reduced within 24 hours of your table reservation.

N.B, For all reservations you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please check your spam folder before contacting us.

The booking site uses Stripe, this is to ensure a safe and secure transaction. Stripe is fully PCI compliant.

All Bookings are subject to a minimum charge of £39.95 per person including children.

The Late cancellation / No Show fee charged is £25.00 per person.

There maybe times when calling in the evening that we can't get to the phone as we are busy serving customers. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you later that evening or the next day.

 Menu 

We are currently serving a Two Course Fixed Price Menu at £39.95 or a  Three Course Fixed Price Menu at £44.95  All bookings are subject to our booking policy. Please see above.

Dress Code 

Neil’s is a relaxed dining experience where the food is the key ingredient. Casual or smart casual works well.

Children & Babies. In the interest of all diners, we are happy to accommodate quiet, well behaved children. All persons are subject to our minimum £39.95 per person charge for 2 courses. Including Children.

We do not have any highchairs or have the space to put prams, pushchairs or buggies. 

Dogs. We do not allow Dogs other than Accredited Assistance Dogs by prior arrangement. 

Opening Hours - Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30pm - Doors open at 6.15pm 

We Will be closed from - Sunday 6th September, re opening on Thursday 10th September.

And From Sunday - 1st November, re-opening on Thursday 19th November.

From 19th November and throughout December we will be open Thursday to Saturday, all other days are availble for private bookings, subject to minumum numbers.
